By enrolling in the deSaleemi WordPress Freelancing Training Program offered by Sabtain Ali Saleemi (“deSaleemi”), you (“the Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Course Content and Duration: The Course is designed to provide comprehensive training in WordPress freelancing without the need for coding skills. The Course includes pre-recorded lectures, assignments, and access to the Discord community. The training period is approximately 3 to 4 months, during which participants can progress through the content at their own pace. You will not be provided the lectures at once, rather you will get daily new lectures on drip-content basis.
   
   
2. No Earnings Guarantee: While the Course equips participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in WordPress freelancing, deSaleemi does not guarantee specific earnings or job outcomes upon completion. Earnings are subject to various factors including personal effort, market demand, and individual performance.
   
   
3. Access to the Course: Participants who purchase domain and hosting from dreamhost.com using deSaleemi’s affiliate link and submit the PDF Invoice will receive free access to the Course. It should be purchased after Sept 2023.
   Those who already possess domain and hosting or choose not to use the affiliate link can enroll in the Course for a fee of 30,000 PKR.
   
   
4. Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of deSaleemi. Participants must contact the deSaleemi within 3 days of enrollment to request a refund, providing a valid reason. Refunds can only be provided in case of Cash/Bank Payment.
   
   No refunds will be provided on Dreamhost Hosting Offer as you are getting a free course after purchasing your own hosting. If you will request refund from dreamhost.com within 6 months, your course & portal access will be revoked. You must notice dreamhost’s renwal charges of hosting, it is on you if you want to renew your hosting after a year or not, if you do not want to renew, your must turn of AutoPay from dreamhost.com billing account.
   
   deSaleemi will not be responsible for any renewal charges if you do not want to renew dreamhost hosting plan.
   
   
5. Intellectual Property: All Course materials, including pre-recorded lectures, assignments, and resources, are the intellectual property of deSaleemi and are intended for the personal use of the Participant. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing these materials without explicit permission is prohibited.
   
   
6. Discord Community Guidelines: Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally in the Discord community. Any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or disrespectful to other participants or trainers may result in removal from the community and potential course termination.
   
   
7. Web Hosting Purchase: Participants who purchase domain and hosting from dreamhost.com via deSaleemi’s affiliate link are subject to the terms and conditions of dreamhost.com. Any issues or disputes related to domain and hosting services must be resolved directly with dreamhost.com.
   
   
8. Course Modifications: deSaleemi reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any part of the Course, including content, assignments, and benefits, without prior notice.
   
   
9. Privacy and Data: Participant information and data will be collected and processed in accordance with deSaleemi’s privacy policy. Participant details may be used for communication, course updates, and promotional purposes.
   
   
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to the Course shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

By enrolling in the deSaleemi WordPress Freelancing Training Program, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
